In this blog, I will try to collect all the public information I found in the process to buy a house.

Before I pursue this goal, several principles are listed here:
1. All members of the family have to love the house;
2. Take the risk of real estate downturn into consideratioin when bargaining for a house;
3. Location, location, and locatioin;
4. Don't sign any contract with any agent until the decision point;

etc.
